We are talking about 'The two simple things you MUST have to become a top earner'.

I'm super excited about today's topic because when I got started inside of this industry, I was a little bit overwhelmed with everything that it took to build a business, especially not only online, but also offline.
And so when I found how to build online, I became super successful at what I do. And I'm really excited to share with you because anyone can do it!!
Now, remember, I'm the one that couldn't even copy and paste.
And in four years I've been able to build a massive team and a massive business.

1. Get Yourself A Following
First off we are talking about 'The two simple things you must have to become a top earner'.
The first thing is you must have a following.
You must have some sort of following or some sort of network. Hence the reason the industry starts with network, right? Network marketing.
You have to have some sort of network. That means people that know, like and trust you. Well, how do you do that online? There is a great way to build that 'know, like and trust' factor, and that is doing lots of stuff like what I'm just doing.
Facebook 'lives', building the 'know, like, and trust', offering value for people.
There's a lot of ways that you can build that 'know, like, and trust', especially now using the internet. It's so super cool, but you must have a network. If you don't have a network, you've got to start from the beginning and get one.
So I've actually put a free resource for you below, you can grab that and you can start learning how you can build out that network, that following of people.
When I got started, and this is maybe like a lot of you, when I got started building my business online, I was out of my warm market.
I had prospected every person that could breathe in my town. I was driving two and a half hours one way to prospect in malls and restaurants. And I just had a conversation yesterday with a friend and I was like, "You know what? Our kids probably wanted to die".
Like seriously, every time we went out, I was talking to the waitress. We were at the movie theater, I was talking to the person next to me, or I was trying to prospect the person selling tickets.
I was doing all these things and it was not effective. So if you've been doing those things, first of all, drop me a 'Hallelujah'. We don't have to do that anymore because of this great invention called the internet and great things called social media.

2. Having A System
The second thing, and this is probably the most important, the second most important, because you can't build a team if you don't have a following, right?
The second most important thing is a system. You've got to have a system for your team members that come in.
And here's what I found when I was first new, not new in network marketing, because I've been in network marketing for years now.
But when I was with my company that I'm with now, in March it will be six years that I've been with my current company. And when I was going through my warm market with people that 'know, like, and trust me', people were enrolling, everything was great.
But I didn't have a way to leverage my time. So every person that enrolled, I was then jumping on a call with them or meeting with them in person, teaching them how to prospect and I was doing everything one by one. There's no leverage in that.
And it's really hard to build a really big team without the leverage. So you've got to have a system.
3. If You Don't Have One, BUILD One
Now here's the thing, if you don't have a system, that's okay. You don't have to freak out, but you're going to have to build one.
If your upline doesn't have it, if your company doesn't have it and I'm not talking about the system where they're like 'talk to 15 people, show them the plan, get them on three-way calls'. That's not what I'm talking about.
I'm talking about a system that duplicates inside of your team, where the team can actually learn skillsets and it's simple and duplicable.
If you're not using social media to do this, it's very important that you figure it out and you might have to be the one that figures it out, right?
If I enroll someone into my team and she's brand new to network marketing, I'm going to have to hold her hand, which is fine. I'm not saying don't hold their hand and don't build relationships.
But if you have to say the same thing more than once, record a video and build a system, okay.
It doesn't have to be complicated, but those are the two things that you need that you must have. Not even that you need, you MUST HAVE to become a top earner.
A following and a system.
