Why do you need a system to monetize the no's while you build your team and your bank balance?

I'm sure if you've been on Facebook and if you are in the network marketing world or any sort of network marketing guru, you have seen that Advocare has been terminated as a network marketing company. 

They are still a company but they are terminating their distributors which displaces a lot of people that have built a massive business there and that had depended on that company for years.

Great Company, great products, a lot of great people that I know and that was their home, that was their company.

They planned on keeping that company in their life forever...

Now, here's what happens when something like this goes down...

And I hope that nobody has been doing this...

It's actually like going through mourning.

It's almost like a death in the family kind of thing.

That's just one of the things that I wanted to talk about today....

The reason you need a system to monetize the no's while you build your team and your bank balance is this...

Now what happened with Advocare should give you a huge clue that we actually don't own our network marketing companies, although we say we are self employed or we say that we are an entrepreneur.

If you are part of a network marketing company, you actually have no control over what happens with your business or your bank balance or any of the money that you're making.

It could be gone tomorrow just like what happened to the people in Advocare.

So here is what I suggest that most people do...

And I'm so excited that somebody shared this with me because I used to think this...

I used to think that I was self employed working for my network marketing company and that I had all this control around what I was doing...

But if something were to happen, whether the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) got involved or the company changes...

Maybe they change the compensation plan that I spent years and years and years building, I have no control over it!

So here's what I suggest we do in this process of building a network marketing company.

That way that you can take that brand that you've built and you can move it to wherever you want to go...

That brand could become your own products...

That brand can join another company...

That brand can do anything in the industry! 

I used to be on a team and I thought network marketing was it! 

I thought I only needed one source of income and that I was in total control...

People get involved inside companies, especially private companies and if they're not public then you actually have less control because the owner of that company could say one day, hey, I feel like making more money... 

They could say let's change the compensation plan and you get a pay cut.

This actually happened to a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago, she's been in that company for years.

So it's super important that you have a system and a way to grow your bank balance while you're growing your network marketing team.

And the way that you can do that is getting a system because 98% of people are actually going to tell you "no" they don't want to enroll in your company. They just don't...

They're happy where they are. Okay...And this is really, really big clue for a lot of you.

It has been so much fun for me branding myself and growing friends from all over in all different companies.

And coming together, kind of like the United Nations of network marketing.

We're building our businesses and we're friends, colleagues, and we help each other out, kind of like a team, but we're not in the same company and it's been a lot of fun!

We can build and grow with each other.
