Today we're talking about the number one action you need to do to actually build your team online. 

​For those of you that don't know me, my name is ​Brandy ​Shaver​ and what I do is help ​entrepreneurs build their businesses online so that they have leverage and a time to enjoy the ones they love and actually have advice that they love.

​How many of you have looked at building your business online and you're like, where do I even start?

Well, there's one thing that you can start doing that will really help you build your business and really give you​ the overall strategy ​to do it. 

​I'm going to ​break it down piece by piece for you so that you have specifics on what you can do to get started.

​So ​what's the number one action need to to actually build your team online?

​When I got started, there was a lot that I had to learn. Number one was copy and paste, but there was a lot that I had to learn​ and I felt overwhelmed.

​The number one action, because it's ​THE action that has to happen is consistency. So here's what I see that happens because you to build your business online, to build a team online, you're going to have to build, ​some trust with people​.

​Think about this when you building your team online

If I show up today and then I don't show up till six months from now and then I do a live​ six months from now and then maybe I pop in and ​give you a blog post or maybe a lead magnet on how to build your team using live video​ right?

Is that consistent and would you stick around ​with someone thats just​ in and out, in and out, in and out, in and out​? Probably not...

What people are looking for honestly, is they're looking for someone that's going to show up. And so the number one action that you need to do to actually build your team online is get consistent.

And again, there's a lot of things that go into that, right?

There's live video, ​there is building your brand, there is giving value and all of those things bring up other questions.

  • What is value? 
  • How do you do a live? ​
  • How often do you do a live? ​
  • What do you talk about?
  • What, what is my brand?
  • Do I talk about products or do I talk about something else?

​There's just so many unanswered questions and so this week I want to break it down for you, but the number one thing that I wanted to start with is insistence.

​So if you're going to be in, if you're going to decide to build a brand online and build your team online, you gotta be all in!

This isn't like something that you're going to do 30 days or even 60 days or even 90 days. If you're going to build a brand online and bring people to you using attraction marketing so that you don't have to prospect anymore, you are going to have to go all in and be consistent.

​If you're not going to go all in and you're not going to show up and you're just going to do it for like 60 days and then disappear and then you know, maybe come back for a week and then disappear for 90, you might as well not even do any of it.

You're basically wasting your time. So building your team online requires you to play the long game. It requires you to be all in and it requires that consistency.

Time to take action to build your team

So first off, what I want you to do today​ is​ I want you to decide how many times a week or how many times a month or whatever you want to do, that you're going to show up for your people. 

​Now that could be live video, that could be you just posting. That could be any number of things and I'll break those down in a future training episode.
