Four Rules of Business

Hey welcome. How are you?

I hope you're having a fabulous day!

So today we're talking about the four rules of business and this is something that really stood out to me that I wanted to share with you.

Number one, if you do not go after what you want, you will never have it.
Now obviously that seems like, okay, duh, Right? Obviously if you don't go after what you want, you're never going to have it. If you just continue to think about it and think about it and you know, hope the universe is going to throw it out there for you, right. It's probably not going to happen.

There has to be you going after what you want.

If you are excited about going after what you want, when you talk about going after what you want, you may need to pump up your goals to really have a drive to hit that, right? Because sometimes goals are boring, right? Sometimes you're like, oh, you know, maybe I'll hit the next rank in the company. Right?

So what is exciting about what you're doing? If you do not go after what you want, you're never going to have it. Now, first of all, you got to figure out what you want. Right?

This is actually on my list of things today. I'm doing some training with a group out of Australia. I'm super excited about that. We are doing some,, mind shift paradigm shifting, right? And so it takes some time to figure out what you want. What you actually want, not I want to make lots of money, Not, I want a huge team. But specifically want, like I am so honored and grateful that, you know, by December 26th, I have 4,000 people on my team and I am making $XXXXXXXX.

Number two, if you do not ask for what you want, you are never going to have it. And the answer is going to be no. So when you're dealing with people, if you don't ever ask them and say, Hey, I would love to have you on my team. Are you open to looking at what that might look like? You are never going to have them reach out usually and say, Hey, I'm ready to join now.

Does it happen? It does. The crazy thing about doing attraction marketing is that it does. I've actually had it happen to me. But if you want to move forward faster, you're going to have to ask what you ask for what you want.
You know, when you're talking to somebody about a product, maybe, they would you like to order the product? If you're talking to somebody about building a business, are you ready to move forward and join us? Right? You have to ask for what you want. It's kind of crazy that you would think, I have to ask for what I want, but it's got to happen for you to move forward.

Number three, if you do not step forward, you are always going to be in the same place. And this is a hard one for people, especially me. Right? I get comfortable. I like where I am. I love what I do. I make really great money. And so stepping forward and having something bigger, it's scary. You got to learn new skill sets.

You've got to grow out of yourself. You've got to be uncomfortable and being uncomfortable is something we shy away from. How many of you shy away from being uncomfortable? it is super uncomfortable to get out of your comfort zone. Right? But there's no growth in your comfort zone. You already know that, right. That's been said by millions of people.

Number four, is to just jump. Just jump in to figure it out, fall on your face, fall down.
if you don't take action, you are never going to move forward and have what you want, which is usually your freedom to spend the time with whom you love doing what you love.
