My name is Brandy Shaver, and I'm super excited to be here. I come to you from Utah. And what I do is teach network marketers, business owners, entrepreneurs and network marketing team leaders, how to grow their businesses online, using social media for leverage and automation.
And today I'm going to share with you a few things that you can do to grow your team WITHOUT bugging your friends and family!

1. Grow Your Audience
All right. So first off, how to build your network marketing team and business without bugging friends and family, is that you have got to grow an audience on social media that is not your friends and family, right?
So how you do that is that you can grow organically on your Facebook profile by friending and growing your audience with targeted people.
Now you're going to do that inside of groups, all that stuff, alright? You can also do it on Facebook Pages. However, most of Facebook Pages at this point is a pay to play platform.
It's very, very lucrative if you know how to do that, but make sure that you get mentorship or understand how to do that. And if you need more on that, you're gonna want to grab the link inside of where this video is. Okay?
2. Targetting Your Audience
So growing a targeted audience, people usually spend thousands of dollars to create their target or their ideal audience, but with a little bit of effort, like I was saying, you can everyday add into your profile and grow an audience of 5,000 people.
Now think about this. If you had 5,000 people that were targeted, that are your perfect prospect of people that you want to work with, don't you think you probably could find some in there that want to maybe join your team or buy your products.
MAKES SENSE, Right?
So grab some people on your personal profile that you would love to work with, or that maybe are perfect prospects for your team.
3. Build Your Engagement
All right. So build your engagement is the third thing. Building your engagement, a simple trick to getting high engagement is that you have to give love to get love.
Now you're probably rolling your eyes and saying, "You know what? I've heard this before" Well, it's true. Spend 30 minutes to an hour per day, engaging, loving on, commenting on, those perfect prospects posts. Okay?
Now this isn't your family. This isn't your friends that you're commenting on. This is outside of that.
You've got to be intentional about commenting and really what social media loves is engaging, authentic conversations. So be a human. You were born a human it's easy to be a human right.
Easy to get curious about other people, ask questions.
4. Offer Value
The fourth thing is to offer value, say you're in the yoga niche. Okay. My daughter is in to yoga. She teaches yoga.
She has lots of personal clients that she teaches yoga to. If she wanted to build a audience on social media, she could do that by posting really great content about yoga, giving out free value on her profile.
Your audience will start to see you as an authority or an expert in the field. The key here is, is that you have to actually be an authority, right?
You have got to up your game and you've got to share the value and that's just how it works. All right.
5. Gather Your Perfect Prospects
So number five, gather the interested people together.
And this is a powerful thing that you can do is that you can now invite your perfect prospects into a group where they raise their hand, and they're like, you know what? I'd like to know more about that great product that you use to do X, Y, and Z, because you shared that on your profile.
So gather those people into a group and offer more value. Inside a group, you can actually get more detailed and offer more value with a certain part of your audience, because if they're a health and wellness group, they are going to love health and wellness tips.
If they're network marketers, they're going to love network marketing tips. So use this as a way to help you grow your audience and how to recruit from that audience by offering value and engaging.
6. Promote to Your Audience
Eventually you are going to have to give an offer. This is the very last piece of this is that once you have grown the audience, engaged with the audience, and now you've got to promote to the audience.
If you never actually tell anybody that you're growing a team or you're selling a product, they're not going to know to buy it.
So you've got to be able to promote that. You could do that in the group. You can do it in curiosity posts, you can use testimonials on your personal profile.
You can use stories of others. You can demo even your product, but always use attraction marketing when you're doing this, don't share company name or product name, and also make sure that you are following up with the people that are on there, right?
We don't want them going to brother Google and hunting down the product or joining another network marketing company because you didn't do your followup.
