The 4 Reasons People Do Not Join You Inside Your Side Gig

Hey, Hey and welcome!

We're talking about the four reasons that people do not join you inside if your side gig.
So if you are building a business on line that requires teams and people moving product, there are a few things that some of us are missing and I wanted to share them with you today.

My name is Brandy Shaver, and what I do is help network marketers, team members, affiliate marketers, entrepreneurs, basically anybody that builds their business online on how to do that. Using social media with the best strategies and tactics.

Number One

The first reason is that most people are not going to join you because you don't have influence over them, which means that they don't know, like, and trust you. Nobody's going to get in your business unless they know, like, and trust you. So you've got to create that influence over them.

 Number Two

The second reason is that it's the wrong timing for the person that you're talking to. Maybe they are not ready for a side gig. Maybe they have their plate full. I just talked to a lady last night that was super keen on joining us in our team. However, she has a full plate and she is very smart to have to say no right now so that she doesn't overwhelm herself and start something else when she has all these other commitments. So she is going to wait, get some of these commitments taken care of, and then she will enroll a little bit later.
Make sure that you are being a human first with those people. And you're not saying, well, if you don't get in now, right, you're not going to not be able to work with me because really that's not true.

Treat people as human beings and they will come back to you when they're ready.

Number Three

The third reason is that you make it about you. So it's all about you rank advancing all about you making money. It's all about you. You, you, you, you, you. Stop making it about you and start solving other people's problems and the team and the recruits and the customers will come to you.

Number Four

The fourth reason is that you don't follow up. I fall into this category to often. I get super busy and forget to follow up with people. So keeping track and having a way to keep track of who's in follow up and who you need to follow up with is super, super important. This is a huge hole inside of the industry. And if you just adopt a follow up system or discipline yourself to follow up your business will grow a lot faster.


A bonus one is you don't ask for what you want. When you're speaking to people, you get put in the friend zone, and this is a very bad place to be. If you are a network marketer, because it feels icky and weird. You're like, I want them in my team, but I don't want to say anything because I don't want to feel like I'm just trying to get them in my team, which you are.

However, doing it with attraction marketing and learning how you can have more people come to you, every person, perfect prospects, this asking for what you want. You'll become more direct because you, your confidence is higher.
