Two Ways To Find People To Build Your Business With

Hey, and welcome!

We are talking about the two ways to find people to build your business online or offline. If you are joining me for the first time, My name is Brandy Shaver and I teach entrepreneurs how to grow their business online using automation.

So when you are building a business, a side gig of some sorts from your house that usually involves products or building a team, there are only two ways you can find people.

One of them is your warm market. I'm sure you guys have heard that before your warm market. I had gone through my warm market and had really just done that, played that game and enrolled some incredible people. Right? And then my warm market kind of dried up and I was left with cold prospecting because I live in a really small town and we don't really have networking meetings or anything here.

So what I found was a way to build a new warm market using social media. Some people really don't understand how this works. Okay. So here's the skinny, I'm not going to blow, smoke up your dress. Nobody is going to enroll with you unless they know, like, and trust you. That's just how it works. Okay? So that rule is never going to change. It's never going to be any different.


So like I said, there are two ways to find people. One is your warm market that you've spent time building. And the other one is building a whole other warm market. And that's going to take some time. So when people get online, their expectation is that they're going to be able to just jump in, you know, and start posting value posts, doing all of the attraction marketing and their business is just going to explode. Here's the reality that people still have to know, like, and trust you. And there is only one way to do that. And that is spending time with you. So whether that is you doing a video, posting, or messaging people, and it might be a combination of all of those, but that has to happen for you to have people before you pop the question and say, Hey, I'm adding to my team. Would you like to join me? It does matter how much time they've spent with you. Okay? Cause someone that just exists just met you just now. They are not going to join you in business. They're the wrong kind of prospect. Okay. So you want to make sure that you understand that and that you are spending time with a person online.

 
So don't disqualify how much time it actually takes to build online. I'm not saying you can't get results right away, because you can, you absolutely can. I want you to think about this when you go to build online, you can't expect people to just join you. So just make sure that you're checking your expectations and that you understand that they don't have to give their time to you. Just like you have to give your time to them. It's a relationship. And this business is never going to be anything different than relationships.

Stay consistent, learn the skills, and build relationships.
